At Fleet Feet Sports Tacoma we have a variety of training programs catered to your current fitness level. Whether you are not currently active or are a seasoned runner, there is a training program that will help you meet your goals and needs at your ability level.
Our training programs are so much more than just working out. You will be part of a running/walking community where our experienced coaches will be there working out with you and giving you motivation. Our training programs are very social and many participants form lifelong friendships. The atmosphere will help keep you engaged and get you to meet your goals. The transformations we see from training program participants are phenomenal. We witness amazing changes in confidence and a passion for fitness is sparked. Overall health improves in our participants.

$100 excluding race fee
No Boundaries or "NoBo" is a great option for someone who has never run a 5k before, or someone who is getting back into running. It addresses great stepping stones to provide you with a comfortable and remarkable endeavor. Members will meet every Thursday @ 6 p.m. and every Saturday @9 a.m. Locations will be provided to you by your coach on "kick off" night.

Description: You CAN do it! Whether it's your first 5k or half-marathon, we have the training group for you! Join our Fleet Feet Family! Promise you won't regret it!

Description: Looking for a group to run or walk with your stroller? We have just the group! Fleet Feet Strollers in Motion meet every Wednesday @ 10am (rain or shine). Our group is designed as a way to help moms and dads improve or maintain their health while meeting others with an interest in fitness.
Strollers are welcome at each run/walk and water is provided. All paces welcome, no one strolls alone.
